When do Steam prices drop?

Four big seasonal sales: Spring (March), Summer (June–July), Autumn (November), Winter (December–January).
Weeklong deals and publisher sales run constantly between the big four.
Most games hit their historical low 12–18 months after release.
Discounts usually repeat: a game's last sale price is a good predictor of its next one.

Do you track DLC and bundles?

Anything with a store.steampowered.com/app/ URL works, including most DLC pages.
